Dr. Pamela Hall completed post-doctoral education in Forensic Psychology in 2018 at St. John’s University, Queens, NY. She has been a Qualified Medical Examiner in psychology since 2015, and has conducted worker’s compensation psychology examinations since 2014. She has been a licensed psychologist in California since 2000, with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology completed in 1996. She has specialized expertise in trauma-related psychological injuries such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and cognitive impairment such as Traumatic Brain Injury.
From 1996-2013, Dr. Hall served as an employee assistance provider for Cigna Healthcare, Healthnet, Managed Health Network, Magellan Health, and Human Behavior Associates. She conducted fitness for duty and safety evaluations, negotiated conflict between employers and their employees, and provided short term, individual psychotherapy. Dr. Hall was a requested speaker on wellness topics such as workplace conflict, stress management, and strategies for achieving work-life balance. She interfaced with probation and parole officers as she managed a batterer’s intervention program for convicted domestic violence offenders.
Dr. Hall’s expertise is evident in her ability to form comprehensive, objective, unbiased opinions and to communicate and articulate those opinions in clear and understandable terms. Dr. Hall provides timely and clinically accurate assessments and opinions that stand up to scrutiny as a Los Angeles forensic psychologist.
Dr. Pamela Hall is a licensed psychologist who has been a psychotherapist and psychodiagnostic evaluator for over 30 years. Dr. Hall has provided Cognitive and Competency evaluations for individuals with head injuries such as TBI and stroke, and progressive cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease. Assisting them and their impacted loves, since 1984, Dr. Hall has vast experience working with individuals affected by traumatic circumstances such as combat exposure, sexual assault, criminal assault and childhood trauma. Dr. Hall also has specialized training and experience working with situations particular to the workplace environment, such as relationship conflict in the workplace, stress management, and vocational feasibility following psychiatric and/or physical injury. She has completed specialized postdoctoral training at St. John’s University, Queens, NY, Postdoctoral Program in Forensic Psychology, Foundational and Criminal Certificates.
Dr. Hall has been a requested trainer for multiple employee assistance programs. Her compassion for the effect of psychiatric and physical injury on an individual’s well-being provides the impetus and motivation for her current focus as a disability evaluator for veterans and disabled workers.
